The head of the nursing service Anastasia Zorina made a presentation at the seminar “Strategic management of human resources in health care: approaches to sustainable development,” which was held at the Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov.
The National Hospital has successfully introduced a management and nursing service, which is not at least in other Almaty hospitals. It involves not just nurses, but managers, and the leader has the skills of a leader, psychologist, strategist and even a speaker.
– The guideline of our system is the correct distribution of powers, delegation of responsibilities and all this leads to an improvement in the quality of patient care, – shared Anastasia Zorina, – Our nurses are not just doctors’ assistants, but also managers, they are constantly trained, receive higher education and go far beyond the previous service.
This model was met with interest by numerous seminar listeners.
