The Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan has launched a unified medical situational call center that provides round-the-clock response to requests from patients and partners. The service has a single short number 7071.
Now anyone who wants to get information about the medical services of the Hospital of the Medical Center or the National Hospital can contact 7071.
Operators provide information on the procedure for admission, schedule of specialists, appointments for consultations, diagnostics and other available services. It also provides for the operational redirection of requests to specialized units to speed up the processing of requests.
The new call center is integrated with the registry, official website, instant messengers, chatbots, dispatch services and emergency system.
As part of the development of the service, further expansion of functionality is envisaged, including the possibility of remote medical counseling and the use of video conferencing (telemedicine).
