They had to show all the subtleties of their painstaking work. 30 sisters of mercy took part, only four of them were in the winners: Malika Khabibullaeva, Kilybaeva Gulmira, Duisenova Raikhan and Lagonskaya Neyla.
The first place went to a nurse with 20 years of experience Malika Khabibullaeva. All her life she worked in the most difficult areas, in surgical departments. Now he is responsible for the sterility of the hospital: he serves in the centralized sterilization department.
I took part in the competition just to support my colleagues, but won it. I didn’t have anything difficult in it, because we showed what we do on a daily basis. I really love my job, it is my hobby. In my free time I only deal with my family, I have four children. The middle daughter plans to fulfill my dream: to become a gynecologist, at one time I did not succeed.
Nurses of the National Hospital are considered one of the best, a whole system of nursing care is built here, more and more sisters receive higher education and become managers.
