National Hospital at SCO Meeting on Metabolic Diseases

At the invitation of the organizers, Zhannara Kusymzhanova, Advisor to the Director for Science, Education and Strategic Medical Development, and Assiya Isayeva, Head of the Innovation and Education Center of the National Hospital, participated in the First Academic Meeting on Metabolic Diseases of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) countries held in Shanghai.

Representatives of the National Hospital discussed with international colleagues modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of metabolic diseases, the development of medical technologies, and new opportunities for scientific cooperation among SCO member states. Special attention was given to the prospects for joint collaboration within the framework of the Metabolic Medical Center (MMC) project.
