-Yes, I agree. Cardiology is a very complex and responsible area. In my career, I mainly work in the direction of outpatient admission and functional diagnostics. Until now, I have gained experience in the field of functional diagnostics, like SMAD, Holter ECG. From what I know, I still read and search a lot.
Can you say what is the rate of this disease in the country and around the world? Any information?
– Unfortunately, cardiovascular diseases are still among the most common in the country and in the world, leading to death. According to WHO, about 20 million people die from these cardiovascular diseases every year. General statistics related to the aging of the body, stress, malnutrition, physical inactivity, overweight, and the development of diabetes mellitus are increasing.
Often people are late to the doctor, not noticing signs of heart disease. Do you want to dwell on the main signs?
– The main signs are shortness of breath, fatigue, intolerance to physical activity. As well as a feeling of pain in the heart area, rapid or slow heartbeat, transmission of pain in the heart area to the left arm, shoulder, shoulder blade. In the presence of signs of instability of blood pressure, swelling of the limbs, it is necessary to consult a doctor in a timely manner.

– In modern medicine, stents and other medical devices are used to narrow the coronary vessels of the heart and impair blood circulation.
