Our hospital team visited the largest CMEF medical equipment, AI and digitalization exhibition in Shanghai. In addition, the specialists managed to see with their own eyes how the best clinic in China Ruijin Hospital, which has a century-old history and is one of the twenty best hospitals in the world, works. Doctors were shown the laboratory and polyclinic service, which is visited by 28,000 people a day, the head metabolic center of MMC, last year more than three million patients were examined there. Also, team members managed to see operating rooms, an emergency department and an express laboratory for emergency care, equipped with modern high-tech equipment, artificial intelligence, where remote consultations of patients are provided. The clinic is also famous for successful liver transplantation operations, it is equipped with a pneumatic mail system, which delivers drugs and delivers material for research to the laboratory. The simulation center, where up to 10,000 specialists are trained annually, also amazed the guests
– The special pride of the hospital is the museum, which contains the whole hundred-year history, this is especially important for us, since the National Hospital is also the flagship of our medicine, and we could learn from the experience of our Chinese colleagues and create a similar museum, – said the head of the Center for Innovation and Education of the National Hospital Asiya Isaeva, – We have plenty of materials, as well as stories of leading doctors.
At the exhibition itself, representatives of the hospital, led by director Askhat Bralov, went around the most advanced pavilions, met with Mindray employees creating medical equipment. At the end of the meeting, the doctors were invited to the company’s plant, where you could see the production process itself.
The result of this eventful trip, in which every hour was scheduled, was partnership contacts, in-depth study of advanced AI solutions, SMART hospitals, medical digitalization, robotic surgery, preliminary agreements on joint educational programs.
– We saw the medicine of the future, which can be carried out today, these are robotic assistants, digitalization, AI in surgery, polyclinic service, remote consultations and data collection, – said the head of the surgical service Sharafaddin Azizov, – The Chinese partners showed great attention to us and are ready to cooperate with the hospital further.
