At the national hospital, the principle of mentoring has been in effect since its foundation, and specialists have always taken newcomers under their wing, which is very relevant in medicine. One of these specialists is Maira Baiskakova, a nursing manager for surgery. Next year, she will celebrate forty years of work experience, she has been working in the hospital for 24 years and is always on the most difficult site-in operating rooms.
