The National Hospital temporarily changed the entrance scheme for patients due to reconstruction

At the National Hospital of the Medical Center, the scheme of entry and movement of patients through the territory was temporarily changed for the period of construction work. Now the entrance and exit for patients and visitors is organized through a checkpoint on the side of Zhambyl-Panfilov Streets.

The changes are related to the reconstruction and are aimed at ensuring the safety and convenience of visitors. At the same time, the medical facility continues to operate normally. Doctors ' appointments, consultations, hospitalization, diagnostic and laboratory tests are carried out without changes.

Patients are advised to specify the date, time and place of their appointment in advance by calling the call center 7071 (toll-free). Operators will help you identify the office of the right specialist, tell you the route and remind you what documents you need to take with you.

For faster passage through the checkpoint, it is advisable for visitors to have a document confirming their visit to the hospital. This can be an appointment, referral, cash receipt, or other supporting document. If necessary, security personnel and responsible specialists will help you navigate the territory.

After passing the checkpoint, patients follow the established routes. Most of the consultation sessions are held in the building of the polyclinic at 59 Shevchenko Street, where specialists receive patients on the third floor.

Patients who are invited to a planned hospital stay arrive at the emergency room on a pre-agreed date and time. Hospitalization is carried out on the referral of a primary health care doctor, a local therapist, or a specialized specialist. After the referral is completed, the emergency room staff contacts the patient and invites them at the appointed time. The same procedure applies to patients served under contracts.

According to the hospital, the reconstruction is being carried out in stages, which allows maintaining the availability of medical care. Statistics of applications remain at the level of last year, when construction work was not yet carried out, which indicates that there is no impact of reconstruction on the volume of medical care provided.

"The National Hospital continues to operate normally. We understand that construction work may raise additional questions for patients, so special attention is paid to routing, call center operations, and informing visitors. Also, an agreement was reached with construction contractors to reduce the noise level and limit noisy work on weekends and holidays, " said Ruslan Nurakhunov, Deputy Director for polyclinic Work.

The hospital emphasizes that the ultimate goal of the reconstruction is to create a modern, safe and technologically advanced medical complex without stopping the provision of medical care to the population.
