The head of the pharmacy of the National Hospital came to the capital from the very beginning of the grand construction project. She started her career in the Basic Pharmacy of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a pharmacist-technologist.
— I didn't have any difficulties at that time, I was originally from Astana and therefore I wasn't surprised by the frosts and winds, which then so frightened all visitors. On the contrary, the capital has become a city of opportunities and professional growth for me. The basic pharmacy was located at 50 Kenesary Street on the right bank, the left bank was just beginning to be built. Before our eyes, everything was being built and we were proud to be the first to see it all.
The capital allowed Aliya Batyrbekova to go from a pharmacist to a pharmacy manager, she headed the primary party organization, saw the first persons of the country during the opening of the hospital of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
