Infertility has social consequences for the lives of childless couples, especially women. Sometimes this leads to violence, divorce, social stigma, emotional stress and low self-esteem. This is reported by the obstetrician-gynecologist of the department of specialized medical care Guzalya Rafikovna Yuzeeva:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0 The causes of infertility in women can be various problems, such as endocrine disorders, pathologies of the uterus and fallopian tubes, immunological complications. There are also external factors affecting the married couple, leading to the development of infertility. Life in disadvantaged environmental zones, harmful effects of production &#8212; radiation exposure, the presence of chemicals, adverse habits: sexually transmitted infections, smoking, alcohol abuse or drug addiction, obesity. Also diseases of internal organs &#8212; diabetes mellitus, hypertension, chronic viral hepatitis, chromosomal disorders.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Despite the causes of infertility in a couple, obstetricians-gynecologists, urologists-andrologists and reproductologists recommend adhering to the general rules of a healthy lifestyle. They must give up bad habits. Eat right, drink 2 liters of fluid per day, sleep for at least 8 hours using vegetables, fruits, sea fish, proteins. Compliance with such simple rules strengthens the immune system and improves the state of the body.
