In March 2023, at the initiative of the director, Askhat Bralov, a Council of Young Specialists was created in our hospital – an association of active and talented doctors striving for professional and scientific development. The Council has become a platform for the exchange of experience, the implementation of scientific projects and the disclosure of the potential of young personnel.
By 2025, it includes 20 specialists in various areas of medicine. Representatives of the Council will take part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the medical service of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The hospital will perform:
- Almabaeva Zarina Yerzhanovna, nephrologist;
- Aliya Amangeldinovna Abilmazhinova, clinical pharmacologist;
- Temenova Asly Asafkyzy, anesthesiologist-resuscitator;
- Rakhmetova Bibinur Khakimgalievna, pulmonologist.
All four are active members of the Council of Young Specialists of our hospital, vividly representing the institution. They demonstrate high professionalism, leadership qualities and striving for the development of domestic medicine.
Abilmazhinova Aliya, a graduate of the Bolashak program (Russian Federation), is successfully introducing international experience into the clinical and scientific activities of the hospital. Rakhmetova Bibinur is the winner of the III place of the International Forum “ANaMed Forum – New Generation 2025,” which confirmed the high scientific potential and research activity. Almabaeva Zarina and Temenova Asly completed foreign internships, expanding their professional competencies and introducing modern approaches and innovative solutions into practice. The participation of young professionals in prestigious scientific events underlines the Council’s active role in promoting research, innovation and strengthening the hospital’s reputation.
