The doctor of the highest category uses modern technologies and endoscopic equipment for this. Almas Bisultanovich graduated from the Almaty State Medical Institute named after S. D. Asfendiyarov in 1996, until 2010 he worked as an ENT resident at Almaty City Clinical Hospital No. 5, then head of the ENT department. In 2009 he defended his thesis on otorhinolaryngology. Currently, he is the head of the surgical department No. 2 of the National Hospital of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration. At the same time, Almas Bisultanovich brings his knowledge to teaching activities to teach young people.
