On July 25, 2025, an expanded meeting on the results of the first half of the year was held at the National Hospital of the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was chaired by the director of the hospital Askhat Bralov.
Reports were made by all deputies in charge of key areas: therapeutic, surgical, outpatient and polyclinic, nursing and administrative. The focus is on the results of current work, the introduction of new approaches and the readiness of the system for upcoming changes.
During the reporting period, seven new medical technologies were introduced, including minimally invasive methods, digital solutions in diagnostics, as well as innovations in the field of physiotherapy and geriatrics. Work continues in the field of medical tourism, including through interaction with international partners. The hospital hosted training events and consultations with the participation of specialists from South Korea and Turkey.
Significant attention was paid to personnel development issues. More than a hundred employees have been trained and certified, including within the framework of international educational programs. Nursing service is developing: quality and safety standards are being introduced, control over the prevention of nosocomial complications has been strengthened.
One of the priorities remains the development of internal and external communication. The hospital is strengthening its presence in the information space, including in digital services and professional medical platforms.
At the end of the meeting, the director of the hospital, Askhat Bralov, expressed gratitude to the team for their professionalism, coherence and dedication, stressing that it is the team that underpins the stability and trust of patients during the period of large-scale transformations.
