On September 17, 2025, within the walls of the National Hospital of the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a championship was held to provide emergency medical care among employees, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the institution.
The grand opening of the event took place with the participation of the director of the National Hospital, Doctor of Medical Sciences Askhat Bralov. In his welcoming speech, Askhat Bralov noted that such competitions foster discipline, endurance and honesty, as well as strengthen team spirit and corporate traditions. He stressed that the championship has become a symbol of the unity of the team and the desire for development.
After the director’s speech, deputies and advisers of the director addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
Three teams took part in the championship: the emergency department, the emergency department and the intensive care unit. Participants had to complete practical tasks that were as close as possible to real situations. They needed to help with myocardial infarction with complications, with anaphylactic shock, as well as with severe injuries – closed head injury and hip fracture. All tasks were drawn up in accordance with international standards of emergency medicine.
The work of the teams was evaluated by experts: Ermek Asylbekov, head of substation No. 7 of the ambulance station in Almaty, Zarina Dzhakibaeva, allergist of the day hospital of the National Hospital, and Daniyarbek Orman, head of the hospital branch of the Disaster Medicine Center of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.
According to the results of the championship, the first place was taken by the emergency department, the second place – the intensive care unit, the third place – the admission department. The winning teams were awarded cash prizes. All participants received letters of thanks and diplomas as recognition of their professionalism and team spirit. Letters of thanks and diplomas were also awarded to volunteers who actively helped in organizing and holding the event.
Special thanks were expressed to the host of the championship – Zhazira Akhunova, senior nurse of the primary health care department, who was awarded an honorary diploma.
The championship for the provision of emergency medical care among the staff of the National Hospital has become a vivid example of corporate unity, mutual support and a desire to improve professional skills. The event strengthened the tradition of a healthy lifestyle and was another step towards the development of the institution.
