The laboratory of the National Hospital is a unit conducting large-scale studies, such as general clinical, hematological, immunochemical, biochemical, coagulation, PCR, ELISA, autoimmune and bacteriological. From May 27 to May 31 of this year. The laboratory was accredited in accordance with the standard 15189-2023 ST RK ISO. Accreditation is the official recognition of the competence of the team to perform work in a specific area.
– The importance of our laboratory work in several areas was assessed. This is a management system (laboratory document management, paperwork, journaling), qualification of employees (diplomas, advanced training, additional training), compliance of laboratory places (work sites, storage facilities, temperature and humidity control), equipment and reagents (calibration certificates, calibration, storage conditions, checks), – said the head of the laboratory Guldana Duisebaeva.
The laboratory of the National Hospital uses modern medical equipment that provides high accuracy, repeatability and metrological traceability of test results. All analyzers are registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and have passed constant testing, maintenance and validation. In the future, the team plans to equip the laboratory with automated, high-tech analyzers with a wide range of test options, provide advisory support for the treatment and diagnostics process, master and introduce new laboratory analysis methods with high analytical accuracy and diagnostic reliability. It is also planned to improve the quality management system by improving the qualifications and experience of specialists, improving document management.
