The National Hospital of the Medical Center under the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the South Korean company CISLO signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of high-tech surgery. The parties agreed on the development of partnership and the introduction of advanced robotic solutions in the clinical practice of Kazakhstan
CISLO is the leader in the Asian market and the second in the world in the production of surgical robots. Its flagship development, the REVO-I robot surgeon, is used in medical institutions in Uzbekistan, Russia, Finland and other countries.
The national hospital is considered as a potential clinical base for the implementation of a pilot project for the implementation of REVO-I in Kazakhstan. This is due to the presence in the UDP system of appropriate organizational and technological experience in the field of robotic surgery.
REVO-I is highly accurate, delicate and minimally traumatic, which can significantly reduce the time of postoperative recovery and increase the safety of surgical interventions.
The introduction of such technologies meets the strategic objectives of modernizing domestic healthcare, digitalizing clinical processes and expanding international cooperation.
