From March 24 to April 3, on the basis of the national hospital and the city cardiology center in Almaty, a training program of educational, clinical and scientific work of Professor of the University of Naples Plinio Cirillo in the discipline “Therapy in a hospital, outpatient therapy”.
The program includes lectures, thematic sessions, master classes, work in the clinic, patient consultations, work at the Department of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov.
-The arrival of a specialist of this level in Almaty is an important event in the life of the medical community, – said Akhmetzhan Sugraliev, Ph.D., professor, cardiologist/thrombologist of the national hospital of the MC UDP. -Professor of the Department of Cardiology, Department of Advanced Biomedical Sciences – representative of one of the oldest universities in the world “Federico II,” opened in 1224. Plinio Cirillo is not only engaged in science, but also trains doctors, treats patients with complex diseases, and performs operations. Together with the professor, we examined patients in the intensive care unit of the hospital, patients in the departments of oncosurgery and nephrology. He noted that we know internal medicine very well, praised our work, said that “the hospital is in good advisory hands of the staff of the Department of Internal Medicine of the National Medical University.”
And on April 1, the 4th scientific and practical conference “Key Issues of Internal Medicine” will be held at the Tien Shan Grand Hotel and on April 2 in the conference hall of the National Hospital in Almaty. The event is held by the Department of Internal Medicine of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov and the Public Association “Kazakh Society for Thrombosis and Hemostasis.”
The conference will provide a unique opportunity to discuss current trends and achievements in the field of internal medicine, exchange experience and knowledge with leading specialists. Among the invited experts is Professor Plinio Cirillo, who will share his experience and the latest research in the field of diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases.
