The Doctor Talks forum, recently organized by the Amanat party, has become a special puzzle for open discussion of important issues in the health care system. The event was attended by more than 600 doctors, nurses, representatives of science and education from all regions of the country, as well as First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev, Minister of Health Akmaral Alnazarova, Chairman of the Mazhilis Yerlan Koshanov. The head of the neurosurgery department of the National Hospital of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the famous neurosurgeon Marat Amangalievich Sarshaev witnessed the issues discussed at the forum.
– To solve the shortage of personnel in rural areas, the state has taken support measures. About 700 medical workers who left for the village received a lifting allowance in the amount of 100 monthly calculation indicators. Also, with advanced training of medical specialists, doctors and nurses are given the opportunity to automatically receive a level of qualifications without passing tests. Such topical issues as opposition to the introduction of VAT on medicines and medical services, prevention of professional responsibility, safety of medical workers were discussed, – said Marat Amangalievich.
