An international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the development of nursing was held in Almaty. The event, which lasted several days, was attended by specialists from medical educational institutions, head of the health department of the city of Almaty Asia Akanova, deputy akim of the city of Almaty Asem Nusupova and foreign medical workers. The nurse is a reliable assistant to the doctor who performs the most important functions in medicine. During the conference, the topics were discussed: “Development of nursing in Kazakhstan and abroad,” “Research in nursing and its application in health care practice,” “Medical technologies and innovations in nursing practice,” “Modern methods and technologies of secondary medical education.”
Director of the National Hospital of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration Askhat Bralov made a report on the topic: “Motivation and role of management in the process of professional growth of medical personnel.”
And the head of the service of nurses of the National Hospital Anastasia Zorina in her report “The role of a nurse in ensuring prevention, safety and psychological comfort.” The conference ended with various topics and workshops for operating nurses discussed at the round table.
