On this topic, we interviewed Lyazzat Omarovna, a gastroenterologist of the highest category of the National Hospital of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. – In summer, people come with diagnoses such as food poisoning, exacerbation of chronic gastritis, enteritis, pancreatitis. Symptoms of poisoning: fever, nausea, vomiting, weakness, fecal disorders, says the doctor.
Also, the gastroenterologist warned against eating perishable foods in the heat. These are: dairy products, meat and fish products, fresh seafood, boiled sausages, salads with mayonnaise, sweets, chopped fruits and vegetables. If stored incorrectly, poisoning from ice cream is also possible. When the shelf life expires, harmful bacteria such as golden streptococcus or E. coli actively multiply in ice cream. Dangerous sweet, especially carbonated drinks. Because it contains large amounts of sugar and acids, chemicals that lead to dehydration and even damage the lining of the stomach. In the heat, the main course should be left in the cold, eat the most high-calorie for breakfast, says Lyazzat Omarovna.
To replenish the fluid content in the body, you should drink water more often. They bleed low-fat fruit drinks, compotes, green tea. It should be easy to eat, preferring fresh vegetables, fruits, low-fat proteins. Overeating, fatty and heavy foods should be avoided. Fruits and vegetables, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes, chicken breast, oats and buckwheat are useful, says gastroenterologist Lyazzat Omarovna.
