Today the National Hospital celebrates 95 years. We offer interesting facts from the life of the hospital over the years:
- The hospital’s paramedics made their first trips on the arb, now in the ambulance department are Ford and Hyundai cars;
- The first departments were therapeutic, surgical and gynecological, polyclinic, pharmacy and reference table, now there are 25 of them together with centers;
- The hospital has 1,500 specialists;
- This year, a record 645 foreign patients were treated in the hospital, mainly citizens of the CIS, Germany, Canada, but there are even from countries such as Brazil, Australia and Venezuela;
- In the anniversary year, the hospital received a new status of the National Hospital, successfully passed the fourth international accreditation of the JCI and the national one;
- The hospital has the most long-lived patients – 181 of them, some more than a hundred years old;
- In the clinic, more than ten employees who work with one entry in the work book are still being treated by Dinmukhamed Konaev’s personal doctor Akhat Mulyukov;
- Hospital doctors this year took part in fifty conferences, master classes, seminars and forums, both in Kazakhstan and abroad;
- About a hundred employees received state awards, certificates and letters of thanks this year.
