A man’s intimate health is an important part of overall well-being. However, in the modern world, more and more representatives of the stronger sex face problems in this area. Lack of rest, stress, an unhealthy lifestyle and changes in relations with a partner can lead to impaired sexual function much earlier than is commonly thought.
More than half of Kazakhstani men aged 40 to 70 suffer from erectile dysfunction. 20% of those who are slightly over 30 have the same problems.
We talked about this “sensitive” topic with the urologist-sex therapist of the National Hospital Artur Aliyev.
“I’ll tell you more, twenty-year-olds have it,” the doctor confirms. – Thirty years ago, when I started working, guys came mainly with the consequences of sexually transmitted diseases, and today with sexual disorders. Older men with the same problems, and then suffered from prostate disease. The former are overworked by a dynamic life, and in adults, wives after menopause refuse intimacy, men have to compensate for the lack of energy with gatherings with friends – hence obesity, hormonal changes, cardiovascular diseases.
Dr. Aliyev provides assistance to both men individually and works with families. Patient admission – from 8:00 to 16:00 on weekdays, except Thursday.
