The National Hospital is a special medical institution. Patients come here not only from Almaty but also from all over the country and from foreign countries. The cleanliness around the hospital is immediately noticeable, which is the result of the hard work of specialists in this field.
Nurlybay Izbasaruly started working as a carpenter in 2009 and has been serving as a commandant since 2023. Currently, he manages 23 specialists responsible for cleanliness and landscaping.
– My father Izbasar Ayapov worked for many years in forestry. Therefore, my interest in plants has been formed since childhood. There are 526 trees on the hospital grounds. Among them, the rare “Red Tree” that blooms in autumn also grows. We are responsible for the cleanliness of the hospital and two clinics. Workers work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There are also those coming from remote regions who manage to arrive by 6:30-7:00 in the morning. We have an exemplary senior colleague Kunbolat, who has been working in the team for over 30 years. I also teach cleanliness and discipline to my children at home, – says Nurlybay Ayapov.
Nurlybay Izbasaruly is a leader who does not remain indifferent to the conditions of his colleagues and provides support in difficult moments. Helping each other and cheering up with jokes is a common situation in the team.
– We are happy that this year is called the “Year of Working Professions”. The most important thing is that if each person is honest in their work, they will see its fruits, – he says.
