There are different situations during the service. What do you remember?
– Unexpected events occur in the process of work. Once we went to the Kegen region. As we passed the small village of Kokpek, a man stopped us on the way. We noticed he was very nervous. The woman sitting in the car gave birth. I wanted to call an ambulance, but after there was a mountainous area, cellular communication was not maintained. I brought a rope, an umbilical knife and vodka from a shop in Kokpek to wash my hands and gave birth in the car. Both child and mother are safe. I wrapped the child and gave it to him. We sent these people to the hospital in the village of Shelek and went further ourselves. It makes no sense. Sometimes these cases happen.
Have you ever regretted choosing this profession?
– No, I never regretted it. On the contrary, I am grateful to many people. When I express my mercy and good intentions, I feel like I’m happy.
