25 nurses of our hospital received diplomas of higher education. 23 of them now have a bachelor’s degree, and two academics. Moreover, they went to study, already having a decent experience – from five to 34 years. The head nurse of the admission department Sandugash Iskakova worked for 34 years and decided to get a diploma.
– The presence of higher education is very important for a nurse, now we are not just assistant doctors, but doctors can delegate some of the tasks to us, we can take part in consultations and give our recommendations from our own work experience, – she said.
