- Head of the Department of Surgery #1, Yestai Abzalbek, and surgeon Yerzhan Kenesbayev performed several complex operations: hybrid minimally invasive esophagectomy, laparoscopic fundoplication by Tupa, and low anterior rectal resection with protective ileostomy for a patient with rectal cancer.
- Neurosurgeon Maksat Musabekov performed stenting of the right internal carotid artery in a patient with critical stenosis, X-ray endovascular embolization of the aneurysm, the left internal carotid artery.
- Gastroenterologist Gaukhar Isakova gave a lecture on “Strategy of nutritional support for patients with systemic inflammation and multiple organ failure syndrome in a multidisciplinary hospital.”
- For the first time in her practice, Mayra Bayskakova, a nursing manager, gave a lecture on “The role of a nurse in creating a safe environment for patients: from prevention to psychological comfort” to such a large audience, which was attended by more than 120 nurses from all over the region. – They didn’t let me go for another hour, they asked about our checklists, security algorithms, monitoring the condition of patients, and in total we do more than thirty of them every day, – the nurse shared, – The system that we developed ourselves has a one hundred percent effect on the care and rehabilitation of patients turned out to be in great demand.
